Hardflex® Band Saw Blade

• Guaranteed weld
• Made in USA
• Hardflex® Band Saw Blades are built with the best steel grade and are held to the most exacting engineering standards in the industry. A special high-speed steel cutting edge is welded to a low alloy, shock-resistant back. The alloy back absorbs shock for longer blade life, resulting in a safer cutting tool that is virtually shatterproof. The cutting edge is designed to withstand high temperatures for faster cutting and reduced edge wear
• Variable tooth pitch brings teeth into the material at constantly changing angles, producing less harmonics to allow faster cuts and a smoother finish. Less harmonic buildup yields a quieter cut and lowers operator fatigue. Varying gullets provide added protection against tooth stripping
• Highly versatile, all-purpose blades for most metal cutting – will cut solids, tubing and structural shapes
• Recommended applications:
– Low speed for stainless steel, tough steels, electric cable and plastics
– High speed for brass, aluminum, mild steel, angle iron, galvanized pipe, copper, bronze and magnesium
Items are made-to-order and are non-returnable
CAUTION: Any cutting tool may break or shatter under improper use. Government regulations require use of safety glasses and other appropriate safety equipment at all times in the vicinity of use.
