• 2:1 shrink ratio
• Easily assembled over components, connectors or other irregular shapes
• Flame-retardant
• Non-corrosive
• Non-nutrient – fungus resistant
• Excellent fluid resistance
• Meets or exceeds MIL-1-23053 D/5, Class I, II and III; AMS 3636C and AMS 3637B requirements
• Tensile strength: 1,500 PSI
• Elongation: 200%
• Dielectric strength: 500V/mil
• Volume resistivity: 1015 Ohm/cm
• Heat shock: Four hours at 482°F (250°C)
• Low temperature flexibility: Four hours at –67°F (–55°C)
• Longitudinal change: Less than 5%
• Secant modulus: 12,000 PSI
• Rated at 600V
• Use as electrical insulation over cable splices and terminations, and for wire harness covering, bundling and wire marker identification
Wire gauge coverage is approximate due to the wide variance of wire thicknesses.
